Ryan Andrews Bio
Ryan exploded onto the scene with his award winning festival favourite shorts ‘Family Picnic’ and ‘Little Munchkin’. He followed them up with BBC Comedy ‘BeastHunters’ starring James Corden, and ‘Jerusalem’ staring Ray Winstone which was exhibited in the Tate Britain.
Quickly cementing his reputation as a visually arresting filmmaker, his debut feature Elfie Hopkins opened in cinemas across the world to commercial and critical success, and put Ryan on many of the ‘ones to watch’ lists.
As a music video director, Ryan has worked with some of the worlds biggest pop artists. He directed a number of videos for Charli XCX, establishing himself as one of the directors that both broke the Tumblr wave and brought internet art into the mainstream. He has worked with major US hip hop acts such as ASAP Ferg and Odd Future, and recently has directed breakthrough stars including Disney’s Olivia Holt and the world’s biggest girlband Little Mix.
